• Format: All paid sessions are conducted online via Zoom meetings.

• Nature: Services are educational and motivational, not psychiatric therapy or medical counselling.

• Updates: We use your data to send essential service updates and scheduling details.

2. Information Collection and Privacy

• Data: We collect your name, phone number, and email address.

• Usage: This data is required strictly for booking, verification, and communication.

• Security: Your personal information is handled securely in compliance with applicable Indian data laws.

3. Payment, No-Refund, and No-Reschedule Policy

• Prepayment: Full payment is mandatory to secure your Zoom session slot.

• No Refunds: All payments are final, non-refundable, and non-transferable under any circumstances.

• No Changes: Once booked, no rescheduling, changes, or modifications to the session time are allowed.

• Missed Sessions: If you miss your scheduled Zoom meeting or try to change it, the booking fee is completely forfeited.

4. Marketing and Promotions

• Online Ads: We run promotional campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, and other social media platforms.

• Offline Ads: We also utilize traditional offline marketing channels.

• Privacy Assurance: No private client data or session details are ever used in advertisements.

5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• Jurisdiction: These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

• Disputes: Any legal disputes arising from our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Maharashtra,    

  India.

6. Liability Disclaimer

• Client Responsibility: You assume full responsibility for actions taken based on our sessions.
